Pistachio-Pomegranate Pilaf &

Ingredients
- 1 Bag (10 oz.) of Path of Life Saffron Rice Blend, cooked according to package instructions
- ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 Green Onions, thinkly sliced
- ¼ cup toasted, chopped Pistachios
- 1 can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
- 1/8 tsp. Salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss gently to combine. Serve with lemon or orange wedges, if desired.
