Southwest Mango Quinoa Chili &

Ingredients
- 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions
- 16 oz. Chicken Stock
- 16 oz. Can Pinto Beans, drained
- 1 Jar Green Salsa
- 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- Optional: Tortillas
Cookware
instructions
1. Add chicken stock and pinto beans into sauce pan. Heat to a boil for 5 minutes.
2. Add Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend to sauce pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Top with green salsa, sour cream and tortillas.
