Quinoa & Brown Rice Herb Salad &

Ingredients
- 1 bag 2.5 lbs (9 cups, frozen) Path of Life (almost) Scratch Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 cups diced fresh tomato
- 1 cup fresh herbs such as cilantro, parsley or torn basil leaves
Cookware
instructions
- Cook Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend according to package instructions. Cool to room temperature.
- Combine Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend, onion, tomato and cilantro in a large mixing bowl. Mix
well and divide into four serving bowls.
